• Go to the "References" section,  
• Select the desired help ("Balance Guarantee"), 
• Select the desired language,
• Get the reference.
2) In "My Bank" section:
• Go to Product Details (card, deposit, current account), 
• Select "Settings", 
• Go to the "References" section,  
• Select the desired help ("Balance Guarantee"),
• Select the desired language,
• Get the reference.

"To verify the authenticity of an electronic certificate, on the Homepage of the application:         
• Go to the "References" section, where next:
1 way: enter the certificate number and IIN of the recipient,  
2 way: scan the QR code of the certificate by clicking on the icon. 
• After that, You will see on the screen a confirmation from First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC about the authenticity of the certificate."
