• Jusan Family → Open the card for your child
• If you have more than one child, select the child to whom you want to open a children's card and enter the child's phone number for confirmation.
• Read and sign the "Complex Agreement" using the SMS code that will be sent to your phone number.

To register in the Jusan mobile application, child has to:
1. download and install the Jusan application on his/her smartphone,
2. enter his/her mobile phone number,
3. scan the QR code on the screen of the parent's smartphone,
4. pass biometric identification and receive confirmation * from the parent.

*Parent confirms the registration of the child through the Jusan mobile application in case of absence of data in the IDEC (Identification Data Exchange Center)

Yes, it is possible. When a child opens a card, a virtual card is instantly issued, which can be linked to the Apple Pay/Google Pay e-wallet for contactless payments and used for payments with Jusan QR, payments and transfers through the Jusan mobile application or online payments.

By default, the children's card has a ban on purchases of cigarettes, alcohol, gambling, as well as purchases from sellers* that sell goods with the 18+ category.

* The type of activity of the seller is determined by the MCC code.

The MCC code is a four-digit code that determines the type of activity of a merchant in the international payment system, assigned by the acquiring bank, depending on the goods and services sold.

Yes, the child will have a separate bonus account, which he/she can manage in the «My Bonuses» section of the Jusan mobile application.
The child will be able to spend his/her bonuses by making payments directly in the Jusan mobile application itself, or by making a payment in Jusan POS terminals using Jusan QR.

Parent has full access to managing the child's card in the Jusan mobile application, where the following operations are available in the “Jusan Family” service on the Home page:
issue up to 3 children's cards through your account,
• permission or ban to register a child in the Jusan application,
• full control of any of the children's accounts from your main account,
• management of the balance, limits and restrictions of the children's card,
• view analytics of each child's expenses,
• assigning a task to a child,
• setting a goal to the child,
• replenishment of the children's card,
blocking or unblocking a children's card in case of theft or loss.

A child can choose the design of a virtual card when registering in the Jusan mobile application, as well as change the initial design of the card in the "My Bank" section.

The “Ask for money” section is available for a child on the Home page of the Jusan mobile application, where child can ask money from a his/her parent, indicating the amount and comment.

"Task" in the “Jusan Family” service is a new opportunity for parents to teach their children independence and gain the skill of earning pocket money:
• tasks are assigned to each child and are visible only to the child to whom this task was assigned,
• the parent sees all the tasks of his/her children,
• only a parent/guardian can assign a task to a child,
• completion of the task is confirmed by the child by attaching a photo (optional),
• when the task is completed, it is automatically removed from the list of active tasks for the parent and child,
• parent confirms the task and selects the account from which he/she wants to transfer money to the child.

Your child can have his/her own tool now to achieve goals and save money for a dream!

A child or his/her parent can set a "Goal" where the child can save the money he/she has earned and track progress:
• Child saves up for a goal from money earned from completing the tasks or other received money
• the parent/guardian can help the child achieve the goal financially,
• the goal is displayed for both the child and the parent on the Home page of the Jusan mobile application
• if the goal is created for the first time and the child creates it, then first a request from the child is sent to the parent to open the goal, the parent confirms the creation of the goal and provides consent to open a current account for the goal,
• this account will be used for all subsequent goals of the child.

Unfortunately, it is impossible for a child to open a deposit or a loan on his own.

The children's card has default limits of 100,000 tenge for the following operations:
• Purchases,
• Incoming and outgoing transfers,
• Payments on the Internet.
There is also a limit of 20,000 tenge for cash withdrawals from an ATM.
A parent can change these limits on a child card at any time in the Jusan mobile application:
• In the Jusan Family service → section “Limit Management”.

It is possible to close a Jusan Junior children’s card by the parent via Jusan mobile application (section «Bank» -> «Payment cards» -> «Close the card») or at a Bank branch.
Before closing the card in the Jusan mobile application, please make sure to comply with the following conditions:
• no blocked amount on the card;
• no unpaid debt on the card;
• no arrest on the account;
• the card account is not linked to the valid deposit agreement.
