To buy a ticket, in the Jusan mobile application, go to the “Tickets” section, select the event you like and the City, then the Event and an appropriate date and time of the event, select an appropriate place, register your e-mail address (to which an electronic ticket will be sent) and pay with a Jusan Bank card with the ability to spend Bonuses and confirm the payment with an SMS code.

Paper tickets can be obtained at the box office of the event by presenting the code to the cashier, which is on the electronic ticket or scan the bar and QR code at the entrance.

Yes, when purchasing tickets via the Jusan mobile application, you have the option to select the option for child and student tickets. When exchanging an electronic ticket for a paper one, be sure to have supporting documents with you (a certificate from the school or student cards).

Cases of canceled or shifted sessions are extremely rare. In this case, the “Ticketon” system automatically determines the cancellation or shift of the session, and the “Ticketon” employees will certainly notify the clients about this by phone. The funds are returned to the client in full.

To return tickets, you must contact the Call-center of Ticketon in advance at +7 7-272-2251050, +7-771-936-53-53. (unless the organizers' restrictions are imposed on the return).

In this case, it is necessary to take into account the following:

Cinema tickets can be refunded if there are more than 30 minutes left before the session. However, the service fee is non-refundable.
Theater tickets can be returned no later than 3 hours before the start of the performance. However, a commission is charged equal to 5% of the cost of tickets.
Tickets for concerts and other events can be refunded no later than 2 calendar days before the start of the event. In this case, a commission is charged equal to 5% of the cost of tickets. 
The refund for the purchase of a ticket in the Jusan mobile application will be made to your payment card from which the ticket was purchased within 5 working days.
