According to the terms of the Joy Card installment card, the availability period of the credit limit is 36 months from the date of setting the credit limit with the right of automatic prolongation for the same period.

With the Joy Card, the installment period can be extended for free in the reporting period before the payment period begins. The change of the installment period after the formation of the monthly payment is possible untill the date of payment, if there are no overdue payments. The commission for changing the installment period after the formation of the monthly payment is 1,000 tenge. To increase the installment period, you need to open the Jusan mobile application and select the period you need from the allowed ones. Possible installment periods: 3,6,9,12 months, but the maximum terms depend on the size of the established limit.

The default installment period for all purchases is 3 months. For an increase in the installment period, a service fee is charged:

With the limit of 20 000 tenge - 0 tenge/ month
With the limit of 50 000 tenge - 490 tenge/ month
With the limit of 100 000 tenge - 890 tenge/ month
With the limit of 150 000 tenge - 1 290 tenge/ month
With the limit of 200 000 tenge - 1 990 tenge/ month
With the limit of 300 000 tenge - 2 990 tenge/ month
With the limit of 400 000 tenge - 3 990 tenge/ month
With the limit of 500 000 to 1 000 000 tenge - 4 990 tenge/ month.

The Joy Card charge card credit limit cannot be withdrawn as cash.

You may withdraw your own funds as follows:

• At ATMs of Jusan Bank up to 300,000 tenge per month without commission,
• No fees shall be charged for up to 200,000 Tenge, inclusively, withdrawn per month from other banks' ATMs located within Kazakhstan; if the amount exceeds 200,000 Tenge, the fee will be 1% of the amount. 
• The fee for cash withdrawal from the banks' ATMs located outside Kazakhstan shall be 1% + 1,000 Tenge.

Credit limit transfers are not provided under the conditions of the Joy Card installment plan.

Transfer operations of own funds are provided:

• to another payment card / account opened in the Bank - without commission
• from a standard card to a payment card of another bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 0.5%, at least 250 tenge (the limit for 1 operation is 1,000,000 tenge)
• from the salary card to a payment card of another bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 0.2%, at least 200 tenge (the limit for 1 operation is 1,000,000 tenge)

Transfer operations from a payment card outside the Bank's network:
• to the payment card of another Bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan - 1%, min 1000 tenge (limit on 1 operation - 1 000 000 tenge).

According to the Joy Card installment card, the repayment of the monthly payment is provided until the 10th day of the month following the reporting period.

Using the Joy Card installment card, you can pay off the debt by replenishing:

• At the Jusan Bank branch
• At the Jusan ATM of the Bank with the cash-in function
• At Kassa 24, Yurta, Qiwi terminals - without commission
• By transferring funds to a card or account. We offer you to use the instant transfer "By phone to RK" among the banks - participants of the instant payment system.

It is possible to block the Joy Card charge card on a permanent basis (in case of loss, theft) and temporarily at any time:

• In the Jusan mobile app
• By contacting the Bank's Call-center by phone 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (when located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan)

You can unlock the temporarily blocked card by yourself in the Jusan mobile app or at the Bank branch. A card that is permanently blocked (due to loss, theft or fraud) cannot be unblocked, the card must be reissued at the Bank branch.

It is possible to close the Joy Card charge card in the Jusan mobile application (section «Bank» -> «Payment cards» -> «Close the card»)
Before closing the card in the Jusan mobile application, please make sure to comply with the following conditions:
• no blocked amount on the card;
• no unpaid debt on the card;
• no arrest on the account;
• the card account is not linked to the valid deposit agreement;
• the card account is not linked to the valid loan agreement (the repayment of the monthly loan payment for the debt can not be carried out through closed payment card).

The card can not be closed in the following cases:
• if the account is arrested or other restrictions are imposed, the closure of the card will become available only after the removal of encumbrances from the account;
• if there is an unpaid debt on the card (overdue/receivable, including accrued commissions and/or other debts), the closure of the card will become available only after repayment of the debt;
• if the card account is linked to the valid deposit agreement, the card closure will become available after the expiration of the agreement;
• if the card account is linked to the valid loan agreement (the repayment of the monthly loan payment is carried out through a payment card), the card closure will become available after the complete fulfillment of obligations under the loan agreement;
• if you have a card with credit limit which was issued by ATFBank;
• if there are blocked* amounts on the account, card closure will become available only when there are no blocked amounts. 
*When conducting debit transactions (payment for goods and services, receiving cash and etc.), the Bank "blocks" the transaction amount, that means, the Bank excludes it from the amount of available funds until it receives confirmation of the transaction. The term of blocking the amount is no more than 30 calendar days from the date of blocking.
