The Jusan Pay payment card can be opened by the individual-residents, non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan from aged 14* to 75 years old:

• From the age of 14 on the date of conclusion of the contract (for underage clients - with the consent of one of the parents or guardian) by contacting any branch convenient for you with the original identity document. Consent to open the Jusan Pay payment card for underage clients is issued in the presence of one of the parents or guardian, if there are supporting documents (child's birth certificate, identity document, guardianship documents) at the Bank's branch.

• Individuals who are the residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the age of 18 can order the Jusan Pay payment card in the Jusan mobile application or by contacting any branch convenient for You with an original identity document.

• Non-resident – individuals can open a Jusan Pay card by visiting any convenient branch. 
Package of documents for opening an account for a non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
• foreign passport* 
• IIN containing document;
• questionnaire filled and signed by the client; 
• migration card/visa (if any).

If it is not possible to visit in person, the package of necessary documents for the non-resident Representative:
• identity document* of the Representative;
• a document confirming the authority of the Representative (notarized power of attorney);
• a copy of the non-resident's foreign passport*;
• a non-resident's IIN containing document;
• migration card/visa (if any);
• questionnaire filled and signed by the client.

IMPORTANT: The Bank keeps the right to request additional documents, if necessary!

*A notarized translation of the document into kazakh and/or russian language is needed

Holders of Jusan Pay payment cards are presented with 3 levels of bonuses:

The first level is Silver up to 0.5% of bonuses, the second level is Gold up to 1% of bonuses and the third is the maximum Premium level up to 2% of bonuses. The bonus level is assigned on the 1st of each month automatically based on the results of non-cash transactions carried out in the previous month.

In addition to the standard bonuses, up to 2% increased bonuses are provided when choosing "Purchase Categories" in the Jusan mobile application, up to 25% bonuses for purchasing an insurance product from Jusan Garant in the Jusan mobile application.

You can join for free and find out the current bonus level in the Jusan application in "My Bank" section.

The list of operations for which bonuses are not provided.

You can use bonuses on the JMart and when making payments in the Jusan mobile application. You can view the accrued bonuses in the Jusan mobile application in "My Bank" section on Single Bonus Account. 

The maximum amount of bonuses per 1 (one) client, regardless of the number of payment cards: 
• no more than 15,000 (fifteen thousand) Bonuses per month - for the "Silver" level Clients in the Bonus Program;
• no more than 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) Bonuses per month - for "Gold" level Clients in the Bonus Program and for the "Family" product;
• no more than 40,000 (forty thousand) Bonuses per month – for the "Premium" level Clients .

The maximum amount of Bonus accrual for 1 transaction is no more than 10 000 Bonuses.

If you have a physical plastic, cash withdrawal from the Jusan Pay* card is possible in several ways:
• At ATMs of Jusan Bank 
• At ATMs of other banks in the territory of Kazakhstan and abroad
• At the branch of Jusan Bank

Cash withdrawal from a virtual Jusan Pay* card is possible:
• Through the "Withdrawal by code"** function at Jusan Bank ATMs 
• At the branch of Jusan Bank,
• At ATMs of other banks in the territory of Kazakhstan and abroad using NFC*** technology  (if the ATM is technically possible)


*According to the tariffs of the card a commission charging is possible

**To use the "Withdrawal by code" function, you must:
• Go to the "Transfers" section in the Jusan app
• Select the "Cash withdrawal without card" button
• Enter the amount to be withdrawn 
• Confirm the transfer via SMS
• You will receive an SMS code for withdrawing funds from ATMs of Jusan Bank
• The maximum amount for 1 withdrawal is 300,000 tenge
• The maximum withdrawal amount per day is 1,500,000 tenge

***NFC - Near Field Communication. How to use NFC technology:
• You need to add the card to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay,
• Take an NFC-enabled smartphone, enable this option on your smartphone

CVV/CVC for the Jusan Pay card is three-digit code for confirming the authenticity of the payment card, which is located on the back of the card next to the signature field. CVV/CVC is used when making purchases on the Internet and is confidential information, so the Bank strongly recommends not to disclose CVV/CVC data to third parties, even if they are presented as Bank employees.

Transfer operations from the payment card Jusan Pay in the Bank's network:

• to another payment card/account opened in the Bank - without commission,

• from a standard Jusan Pay card to a payment card of another Bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 0.5%, at least 250 tenge (the limit for 1 operation is 1,000,000 tenge).

• from a salary Jusan Pay card to a payment card of another Bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 0.2%, at least 200 tenge (the limit for 1 operation is 1,000,000 tenge).

Transfer operations from the Jusan Pay card outside the Bank's network:

• to the payment card of another Bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 1%, at least 1000 tenge (the limit for 1 operation is 1,000,000 tenge).

Receiving cash from the Jusan Pay card:

• At ATMs of Jusan Bank up to 300,000 tenge per month without commission,
• At ATMs of other banks in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, up to 200,000 tenge per month (inclusive) - without commission, over 200,000 tenge-1% of the amount,
• At ATMs of banks outside the Republic of Kazakhstan-1% + 1000 tenge.

If you have lost your Jusan Pay payment card,  firstly, you need to block the card:

• In the Jusan mobile app,
• By contacting the Bank's Call-center by phone 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (when located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan),

Then contact the nearest Bank branch to receive money and reissue the card.

It is possible to block the Jusan Pay payment card on a permanent basis (in case of loss, theft) and temporarily at any time:

• In the Jusan mobile application,
• By contacting the Bank's Call-center by phone 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (if you are outside the Republic of Kazakhstan).

You can unlock the temporarily blocked card by yourself in the Jusan mobile application or at the Bank branch.

A card that is permanently blocked (due to loss, theft or fraud) cannot be unblocked, the card must be reissued at the Bank branch.

In case of a disputable (disputable) situation with the use of the card at ATM, you need to contact the branch of Jusan Bank, with an application, where you need to specify the address and name of the Bank that owns ATM. Your application will be considered within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of applying to the Bank, as well as no more than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of such an appeal in the case of using the payment card outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. The term of consideration and preparation of a response to the Client's request is made within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the rules of payment systems (Visa/Mastercard).

If ATM did not issue the card, then first of all it must be blocked in the mobile application or by calling the Call-center of the Jusan Bank at 7711 (free call from mobile phones). Next, you need to contact the nearest branch of Jusan Bank to write an application for withdrawal of the card or for reissuing a new card.

It is possible to close the Jusan pay payment card in the Jusan mobile application (section «Bank» -> «Payment cards» -> «Close the card»)
Before closing the card in the Jusan mobile application, please make sure to comply with the following conditions:
• no blocked amount on the card;
• no unpaid debt on the card;
• no arrest on the account;
• the card account is not linked to the valid deposit agreement;
• the card account is not linked to the valid loan agreement (the repayment of the monthly loan payment for the debt can not be carried out through closed payment card).

The card can not be closed in the following cases:
• if the account is arrested or other restrictions are imposed, the closure of the card will become available only after the removal of encumbrances from the account;
• if there is an unpaid debt on the card (overdue/receivable, including accrued commissions and/or other debts), the closure of the card will become available only after repayment of the debt;
• if the card account is linked to the valid deposit agreement, the card closure will become available after the expiration of the agreement;
• if the card account is linked to the valid loan agreement (the repayment of the monthly loan payment is carried out through a payment card), the card closure will become available after the complete fulfillment of obligations under the loan agreement;
• if you have a card with credit limit which was issued by ATFBank;
• if there are blocked* amounts on the account, card closure will become available only when there are no blocked amounts. 
*When conducting debit transactions (payment for goods and services, receiving cash and etc.), the Bank "blocks" the transaction amount, that means, the Bank excludes it from the amount of available funds until it receives confirmation of the transaction. The term of blocking the amount is no more than 30 calendar days from the date of blocking.
