The following limits apply for currency transfers (between your own accounts) in the mobile application:

• on weekends/holidays: up to 4,500,000 tenge/ day
• on weekdays (from 09:00 to 17:00): up to 30,000,000 tenge/day

Limits on transfers from card to card established by the international payment system Visa, which cannot be changed:

• Limit on the amount of transfer for 1 operation: 25 000 USD;
• Limit on the amount of transfers per month: 200,000 USD;
• Limit on the amount of transfers in a seven-day period: 100,000 USD

Limits on transfers from card to card established by the international payment system Mastercard, which cannot be changed:

• Limit on the amount of transfer for 1 operation: 5,000 USD;
• Limit on the amount of transfers per month: 100,000 USD.

The following limits on the amount apply for the payments of mobile operator services in the Jusan mobile application: 

  • 100,000 tenge/day for Kcell/Activ mobile operators ,
  • 20,000 tenge/day for other mobile operators.

The limits can not be changed.

When paying for services on other platforms - 100,000 tenge/day, the limit can be changed when the payment card holder contacts the Bank's Call Center at 7711 (free call from mobile phones).
