The multi-currency card is linked to several accounts in different currencies. Initially, the multi-currency card is issued in three currencies: KZT, USD, EUR. It is possible to add up to 4 currency accounts in the Jusan mobile application. With the help of the multi-currency card, you can perform operations in the desired currency anywhere in the world without conversion. The main advantage of the multi-currency card is:

• Convenience. You do not need to change the currency in the bank or exchange offices, this can be done in the Jusan mobile application.
• Save on conversion. Linking the card to several accounts at once allows you to withdraw money from the account in the currency that matches the currency of the transaction without conversion. If the card is standard, then if the currencies do not match, the conversion will be made at the rate of non-cash purchase/sale of currency set by the Bank at the time of receipt of the financial document.

Yes, of course. The non-named card has the same rights and financial functions as a named card and is the same payment instrument as a named one.

If the transfer is made to the non-named payment card and the Name and Surname of the recipient is required, then it is necessary to enter the name and surname of the owner of the non-named card in latin.

Transfers to payment cards of the Republic of Kazakhstan are possible in two ways:

  • at the Jusan Bank ATM,
  • in the Jusan mobile app.

In the Jusan mobile application, transfers from card to card are available in "Transfers" section:

  • by card number - to the card of clients of Jusan Bank and other STB,
  • by phone number - to the card of Jusan Bank clients,
  • between your accounts/cards in Jusan Bank,
  • transfer by phone number in the Republic of Kazakhstan (it is possible to send to the Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan that have connected to the IPS),
  • transfer by Visa Alias phone number.

• The minimum transfer amount "By phone number" is 50 tenge,
• The minimum transfer amount "By card number" is 500 tenge,
• The minimum transfer amount "By account number" is 500 tenge/1 USD/1 EUR/100 RUB,
• The minimum transfer amount "By phone number to RK" is 50 tenge.

You can use the funds that have been received on your payment card immediately - make a purchase, withdraw cash, with the exception of transfer operations, for which the following rules apply:

  • If the amount has been credited to the account in KZT (tenge), transfers will be available every 5-10 minutes, except for the period of time when closing the operating day at night  in the card system.
  • If the amount has been credited to the account in a foreign currency, the transfers will be available after the receipt of the financial document.

This means that the financial document has not been received yet for the amount that you are trying to transfer:

1. If the amount has been credited to the account in KZT (tenge), transfers will be available every 30 minutes, except for the time period when closing the operating day at night in the card system.

2. If the amount has been credited to the account in a (foreign) currency, the transfers will be available after the receipt of the financial document.

We offer you some examples:

• if the account is in KZT (tenge) you received the amount (transfer receipt from another Bank's card) at 19.30 pm, you will be able to transfer this amount starting from 19-40 pm.

• if to the account in KZT (tenge) you received the amount (transfer receipt from another Bank card) in 23.30 pm, you will be able to transfer this amount starting from 01-00 am.

• if you received an amount in (foreign) currency to your account (transfer receipt from another Bank's card) in 20.30 pm, the transfers will be available only after the receipt of the financial document.

When performing expenditure transactions with a payment card, the Bank blocks (excludes from the amount of available funds) funds for the transaction amount. Further, upon receipt of the financial (confirming) document for the performed operation, the Bank debits the blocked amount from the account. If the amount is blocked for more than 15 days, you can contact the Call-center at 7711 or at the Bank branch.

The available balance on the multi-currency card is displayed in the Jusan mobile application. Also, SMS / Push notifications for transactional operations indicate the purchase amount, the purchase currency and the total available balance in tenge for all accounts, at the current exchange rate set in the Bank.

When performing the payment card transaction, the Bank blocks the amount on a certain currency account according to the following criteria:

• If the currency of the transaction coincides with the currency of one of the open accounts of your multi-currency card, the amount will be blocked in the same currency, if there are funds on it. i.e., when conducting an transaction in USD, the amount on the dollar account will be blocked, when conducting an transaction in KZT, the amount on the tenge account will be blocked, etc.;
• If the currency of the transaction does not match the currency of the open accounts on your card, then blocking and debiting will be made according to the settlement currency, with the IPS*.
• If the currency of the transaction and the settlement currency with the IPS* does not match the currency of open accounts on your card, then blocking and debiting will be made on the account in the main currency - tenge.

* IPS is an international payment system.

When making transfers between accounts, the Bank performs the conversion at the currency sale/purchase rate set by the Bank for non-cash transactions at the time of the transfer. The current course will be displayed in the Jusan mobile app before making the transfer.

When performing a transaction on the multi-currency card, the amount of the transaction on the account is blocked in the currency that matches the currency of the transaction. If there are not enough funds on this account, the missing amount is collected (transferred) from other card accounts of this card with simultaneous conversion at the rate set by the Bank at the time of receipt of the financial document.

When performing expenditure transactions on the payment card, funds are blocked on the card account, and the amount is debited from the account after the Bank receives the financial submission (financial document). In case of transactions in a foreign currency, if the payment was made from an account in KZT, the amount of debited amount may differ from blocked amount. This may be due to the change in the conversion rate set by the Bank from the blocking moment until the receipt of the financial document.

If you have returned the product/service, the seller must issue to you the corresponding receipt at the time of making the return.
If you refund the full amount of the transaction, this amount will be returned to your account in full within a few days .
If you make a partial refund, the following information will be reflected in the statement:

• refund of the entire transaction amount,
• a new charge minus the refund amount.

According to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, if there is an arrest on the account, expense operations are not available. At the same time, partial withdrawals from the account are possible, depending on the type of arrest.
