After receiving the payment card, you need to set PIN code. You can set PIN code in two ways:

• PIN code installation via the Jusan mobile app;
• self-installation of PIN code in the Bank's ATM.

The process of installing PIN code in the Bank's ATM

1. from the cell phone number registered with the Bank, you must send SMS message to the number 7711 with the text: "epin XXXX" (where XXXX is the last 4 digits of the payment card)";
2. in response, the Bank will receive SMS message with the temporary code;
3. next, you need to insert the card into any Jusan Bank ATM and enter the received temporary code in PIN code input field;
4. in ATM menu, select "Set/change PIN" section and enter PIN code for the payment card you have invented in the specified field 2 times (ATM must issue a notification and a receipt about the successful change of PIN code);
5. After installing the permanent PIN code, your payment card is activated and ready for use.

Important! The temporary code is intended only for installing PIN code to the payment card through the Jusan Bank ATM and is valid for 30 calendar days, any other transactions with the temporary code are impossible. If PIN code is installed in the Jusan mobile application, there is no need to request the temporary code.

It is possible to change the temporary code from the payment card to the permanent PIN code only at the ATMs of Jusan Bank.

The temporary code from the payment card is intended only for changing to the permanent PIN code, due to the fact that payments and transactions on the payment card with the temporary code are impossible.

There are two ways to change the current PIN code from the payment card:

1. At ATMs of Jusan Bank. To do this, you need to:

• insert the card into any Jusan Bank ATM and enter your valid PIN code;
• in ATM menu, select "Set/change PIN" section and enter a new PIN code for the payment card in the specified field 2 times (ATM must issue a notification and a receipt about the successful change of PIN code).

2. in the Jusan mobile application, if you have access to your personal account. To do this, you need to:

• log in to the Jusan mobile application (log in to your personal account) and go to "My Bank" section;
• select the desired card and click on it to go to "Card details" section;
•  select "Settings";
• select the line "Change PIN code";
• enter a new PIN code 2 times in the window that appears.

If the validity period of the temporary code from the payment card has expired, you must re-send SMS message to the number 7711 with the text: "epin XXXX" (where XXXX is the last 4 digits of the payment card).

If you do not receive SMS with the temporary code, you need to check the correctness of entering text in SMS message to the number 7711 - "epin XXXX" (where XXXX is the last 4 digits of the payment card). If the text is entered correctly, you must contact the Bank's Call Center at 7711 (free call from mobile phones).

Payments and transactions on the payment card with the temporary code are not possible. The temporary payment card code is intended only for changing to the permanent PIN code.

If you forgot PIN code from the payment card, you can set a new PIN code in two ways:

• In the Jusan mobile application, if you have access to your personal account. To do this, you need to:

1. log in to the Jusan mobile application (log in to your personal account) and go to "My Bank" section;
2. select the desired card and click on it to go to "Card details" section;
3. select "Settings";
4. select the line "Change PIN code";
5. enter a new PIN code 2 times in the window that appears.

• Self-change of PIN code at the Bank's ATM. To do this, you need to:

1. contact the Bank's Call Center and delete your old PIN code;
2. from the cell phone number registered with the Bank, send SMS message to the number 7711 with the text: "epin XXXX" (where XXXX is the last 4 digits of the payment card);
3. in response, you will receive an SMS message from the Bank with a temporary code;
4. next, you need to insert the card into any Jusan Bank ATM and enter the received temporary code in PIN code input field;
5. in ATM menu, select "Set/change PIN" section and enter PIN code for the payment card you have invented in the specified field 2 times (ATM must issue a notification and the receipt about the successful change of PIN code);
6. After setting the permanent PIN code, your payment card is activated and ready for use.

Important! The temporary code is intended only for setting PIN code to the payment card through the Bank's ATM and is valid for 30 calendar days, any other transactions with the temporary code are impossible.

If PIN code from the payment card was entered incorrectly several times and your card is blocked, you need to reset PIN code input counter, the commission may be charged according to the payment card service tariffs. To reset PIN code input counter, you need to:

• Log in to the Jusan mobile application (log in to your personal account), go to "My Bank" section, select the desired card and click on it to go to "Card Details" section, then click "Reset PIN input counter"
• Or contact the Bank's Call Center at 7711 (toll-free call from mobile phones) to reset incorrectly entered PIN code attempts from the payment card.

If you are abroad and have forgotten PIN code from your payment card, you can get a new PIN code if you have access to the Jusan mobile application. To do this, you need to:

• log in to the Jusan mobile application (log in to your personal account) and go to the "My Bank" section";
• select the desired card and click on it to go to the "Card details" section";
• select "Settings";
• select the line "Change PIN code";
• in the window that appears, enter the new PIN code 2 times.
