Applications for registration are considered if the clients are individuals - residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who have reached 18 years of age but not more than 70 years old as of the date of the decision to finance the loan.

Your average monthly income shall be at least the minimum salary established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To return/exchange the items, please contact the Partner store where the purchase was made. 

 

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, you can return or exchange a non-food product* of proper quality, if it has not been used, has retained its shape, consumer properties, seals, labels and a document on its purchase, within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

 

*Mobile phones, medicines, medical products, underwear, hosiery, square footage goods, plants are on the list of exceptions that cannot be returned or exchanged.
