ALMOST 150 IT SPECIALISTS GOT THE JOBS UNDER THE JUSAN SINGULARITY PROGRAM

More than 40 IT specialists got the jobs in the capital city. All of them are graduates of the Jusan Singularity educational project. For four months they were trained in the most popular areas of the industry: JAVA, iOS, Android. They will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice in the nearest future, while working on the development and improvement of the Jusan digital system, the Khabar 24 correspondent says.

All these young people are soon-to-be specialists of one of the most rapidly developing banks in the country. It is they who will improve and develop the digital ecosystem called Jusan. They already have the necessary knowledge base for this. For four months, as part of the Jusan Singularity educational project, they were trained by the leaders of the domestic IT industry, practicing developers and managers.

Aida Moldala, a graduate of the educational project Jusan Singularity:

- Here we have more practice. More projects and live examples. There were also hackathons. The time was given, and during this time you had to design.

Young people were trained in the areas that are most in demand on the IT market. Among them are JAVA, iOS, Android, and Frontend developers. An additional incentive for the participants of the Jusan Singularity project was also a scholarship of one hundred thousand tenge, as well as guaranteed employment. The learning process itself took place in two cities - the capital and Almaty. The number of people wishing to enroll in the courses has reached 6,000 people.

• The Jusan Group is developing its ecosystem. We partially became an IT company. Therefore, we, like no one else, understand how acute the shortage of qualified IT personnel in Kazakhstan is today. Therefore, we took this step, we created our own school for educating and providing an advanced training in the most popular IT areas.

In the capital, 43 IT specialists received certificates of completion of training and job offers from Jusan Bank. Earlier, 100 graduates of the project in Almaty became the owners of the coveted diplomas and places in one of the country's leading fintechs.
