Limits on the amount of cash withdrawals by business entities

Limits on the amount of cash withdrawals by business entities from bank accounts during a calendar month:

1) 20 000 000 (twenty million) tenge — for subjects of small businesses;
2) 120 000 000 (one hundred and twenty million) tenge — for subjects of medium entrepreneurship;
3) 150 000 000 (one hundred and fifty million) tenge — subjects of large entrepreneurship.

Limits on withdrawal amounts do not apply to the following business entities:

1) subjects of micro entrepreneurship;
2) business entities purchasing agricultural food products, aquaculture (fishery) products;
3) business entities engaged in retail trade in food, beverages, and pharmaceutical, medical and orthopaedic goods, with types of economic activities according to the annex to this joint resolution and order;
4) second-tier banks and the National Postal Operator when they withdraw cash from correspondent accounts opened with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and legal entities operating exclusively through exchange offices on the basis of a license from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with foreign currency in cash.
