Notice for Individual Borrowers of Debt Arrangements

Dear Clients!

In order to settle issues as related to repayment of your debt under loans received with the Bank, please be informed that as per Article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan,’ an individual borrower may, within 30 calendar days from the date of performance delay, file a written application (by other means as prescribed by the bank loan agreement) to amend the terms and conditions of the bank loan agreement due to the performance delay indicating the reasons for the delay, incomes and other acknowledged circumstances (facts).

Should you experience any troubles in servicing the loan, you are earnestly asked to get in touch with the Bank using a means that fits you the best:

• at outlets across Kazakhstan,
• by 7711 (mobile) or 8 7172 587 711 (landline).

You can file an application for loan settlement issues in 2 ways:

• by visiting any Bank outlet nationwide;
• by sending the application at: info@jusan.kz
• The application shall be addressed within 15 calendar days once registered with the Bank.
• The list of documents required to address your application for overdue debt arrangement shall depend on the settlement option. That said, the Bank may request any document evidencing the circumstances that entailed overdue debt/failure to perform under the BLA.
