First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as Jusan Bank JSC) announces the auction of balance sheet property

Lot No. 1

Production complex consisting of: a warehouse with a total area of 1154.0 square meters, a workshop with a total area of 1131.5 square meters, with a land plot of 1.0344 hectares, located at the address: 22 Sh. Zhienkulov str., Almaty district, Astana.

Starting price - 420 000 000 (four hundred twenty million) tenge.

The amount of the security deposit - 5% (five percent) of the starting price of the lot.

Method of auction - English method (increase).

The auction will be held on May 28, 2024, at 11 a.m. (Astana time), the format of the auction will be held online, by means of video conferencing (VC), via messenger WhatsApp at +7 708 708 47 00, or through the application ZOOM.

Conditions for participation in the auction:

1. It is necessary to submit an application with attached documents and deposit/transfer to the transit account of the Bank (according to the details below) a guarantee fee of 5% of the starting price of the lot. (Rules of the auction)

2. The deadline for receipt of applications of potential auction participants is 1 hour before the auction.

3. The winner of the auction shall pay the cost of the property purchased at auction within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the auction is recognized as valid, by transferring/depositing money to the transit bank account in Jusan

Bank JSC, taking into account the security deposit, counted against the purchase price.
