First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as Jusan Bank JSC) announces the auction of balance sheet property

Non-residential premise (shop), total area 257,7 sq.m., with the land plot of 0,0715 ha (share 0,0034 ha), and the land plot, total area 0,0416 ha, located at the address: 
19 Protozanov str., n.p. 1v and 19/1, Ust-Kamenogorsk.

Starting price – 76,500,000 (seventy-six million five hundred thousand) tenge.

The amount of the security deposit - 5% (five percent) of the starting price of the lot.

Auction method - English method (increase).

The auction will be held on August 16, 2024, at 10 a.m. (Astana time), the format of the auction will be held online, by means of video conferencing (VC), via messenger WhatsApp at + 7 708 708 47 00, or through the application ZOOM.

Conditions of participation in the auction:

1.  It is necessary to submit an application with attached documents and deposit/transfer to the transit account of the Bank (according to the details below) a guarantee fee in the amount of 5% of the starting price of the lot. (Rules of the auction).

2. The deadline for receipt of applications of potential auction participants is 1 hour prior to the auction.

3. The winner of the auction shall pay the cost of the property purchased at auction within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the auction is recognized as valid, by transferring/depositing money to the transit bank account in Jusan Bank JSC, considering the security deposit, counted against the purchase price.
