Amendments in the model form of the Banking Service Agreement for Business Clients

Dear clients!

Jusan Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) informs you of the approval of amendments and additions to the model form of the Banking Service Agreement for Business Clients, providing for the terms and conditions of opening, maintenance and closing of the current bank account intended for the purposes of accounting of uninvested balances of clients of the person performing the functions of a nominee holder.

The said amendments and additions shall come into force upon expiry of 15 calendar days from the date of their posting on the official website of the Bank, starting from November 19, 2024.
