• Bank Loan Agreements used under the Residential Mortgage Loan/Mortgage Loan Refinancing Program, approved by Resolution No. 69 of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 24.04.2015;
• Bank Loan Agreements for mortgage loans, mortgage housing loans;
• Bank Loan Agreements for loans not secured by a mortgage of immovable property,

approved by the Management Board of Jusan Bank JSC (Minutes No. 24-22 dated 23.02.2022) and the Board of Directors of Jusan Bank JSC (Minutes No. 04/03/22-01 dated 04.03.2022), which came into effect on 11 April 2022.
