First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC having licence for banking and other transactions as set out by the banking laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for operating on securities market No.1.2.35/225/37 dated April 07, 2021, issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market, located at: 242 Nursultan Nazarbayev Ave., Almaty City A26F8N9, the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall dispose of the property composing the assets of Investment Opportunities Risk Investment Closed Unit Investment Fund: 

1.  A land plot with an area of 55.93ha located in the Ile District in the Almaty Oblast (pledged to Astana-Finance JSC), cadastral number 03:046:267:1250
   The appraised value as of June 06, 2022, shall be KZT 535,053,000.00; 
2. A land plot with an area of 5.58ha located in the Ile District in the Almaty Oblast, cadastral number 03-046-267-1251
   The appraised value as of June 06, 2022, shall be KZT 61,388,000.00; 
3. A land plot with an area of 60.50ha located in the Ile District in the Almaty Oblast, cadastral number 03-046-267-1252
   The appraised value as of June 06, 2022, shall be KZT 578,772,000.00;
4. A concept of logistics hub in the Ile District in the Almaty Oblast — the appraised value as of June 06, 2022, shall be KZT 1,000.00;
