In accordance with the Resolution of the Agency for Financial Market Regulation and Development "On measures to ensure the stability of the financial system", the following operations are temporary unavailable at Bank branches and in the mobile application:

- currency exchange in cash;

- transfers between client accounts in different currencies;

- transfers in foreign currency (including Western Union, Zolotaya Korona, IBS, SWIFT);

- no-cash currency conversion;

- other transfers and payments in foreign currencies.

Interbank transfers in tenge within the Republic of Kazakhstan is available until 4 PM.
