Jusan Bank (hereinafter - the Bank) informs on the approval of:
1) a new version of the model form of the Banking Service Agreement for Business Clients (hereinafter referred to as the Comprehensive Agreement);
2) new version of the model form of the Consent for Data Collection and Processing;
The said documents shall come into effect from 29.07.2022.
The Comprehensive Agreement and the Consent for Data Collection and Processing can be found on the website of the Bank  in the BUSINESS/DOCUMENTS section.
