Due to the unstable geopolitical situation in the world, we inform you that restrictions on transactions in foreign currencies (except payments in Russian rubles) to the Russian Federation and/or in favour of residents of the Russian Federation may occur.

In view of the above, we kindly ask you to temporarily refrain from making payments and transfers to the Russian Federation or in favour of residents of the Russian Federation in foreign currencies, except Russian rubles, until separate notification from the Bank. 

Also, we recommend to consider changing the currency of settlements under contracts with your counterparties in the Russian Federation to Russian roubles to avoid possible protracted delays in settlements in foreign currencies with your counterparties in the Russian Federation.
