How can I open a Jusan card?

You can open a virtual Jusan card by navigating to the products section in the mobile app. 

Then you can link your card to one of Apple Pay/Samsung Pay/Google Pay wallets, replenish the card and make non-cash transactions at once. 

You can also open your card at any Bank outlet in a few minutes. 

  
What is the Level? And what Levels do you offer?

The Loyalty Programme offers the Jusan Bank cardholders 3 bonus levels depending on the Clients' activities.

The bonus level shall be assigned automatically on the first day of a month following the previous month.

As a Jusan Bank cardholder, you shall be offered the levels and terms as follows:

Silver — a minimum Level of a bonus participant allowing for receiving 0.5% bonuses when paying for goods and services using a Jusan Bank payment card.  

Gold — a Level of a bonus participant allowing for receiving 1% bonuses when paying for goods and services using a Jusan Bank payment card.*

Premium — a Level with the maximum terms for a bonus participant allowing for receiving 2% bonuses when paying for goods and services using a Jusan Bank payment card.*

* save for some categories of points of sales with 0.5% bonuses.

The Premium Level offers four Categories to choose from with increased bonuses once a month through the Jusan mobile app.

To achieve and retain the Premium Level, you want to make KZT 70,000+ payments for goods and services using your Jusan Bank payment card within each calendar month, and open a brokerage account with Jusan Invest or be insured by Jusan Garant.

The Gold Level offers one Category to choose from with increased bonuses once a month through the Jusan mobile app.

You can join and get to know your Level in the ‘My Bank’ section of the Jusan mobile app‎.

What is a Purchase Category?

Aside from standard bonuses of up to 2%, the Jusan Bank cardholders shall be offered increased bonuses when choosing ‘Purchase Categories’ in the Jusan mobile app.

Purchase Categories — categories classified by business type of a merchant. Each Level offers different number of categories with increased bonuses of up to 15%:

Silver Level — 1 category;
Gold Level — 2 categories;
Premium Level — 4 categories.

You can choose categories once for the current month. Depending on the Level assigned, the next month you can retain your previously chosen categories or choose new ones.

What are Bonuses?Bonus — a conditional unit provided to a Client at the expense of the Bank when paying for goods and services using Jusan Bank payment cards as per the Bonus terms. 1 Bonus shall be equal to KZT 1. The Bonuses shall have a perpetual life. The Bonuses shall not be paid as real money, but credited to a bonus account and may be subsequently used to make payments in the Jusan mobile app.
Where can I spend my Bonuses?

You can spend your Bonuses in the Jusan mobile app under the transactions as follows:

• all goods and services at Jmart online shop;
• most of the services in the ‘‎Payments’ section;
• replenishing a Jusan Invest brokerage account.

You cannot use the Bonuses for some services in the ‘‎Payments’ section:

• Betting offices;
• Taxes and penalties;
• Finances;
• Other services.

What will become of my level once the Promotion is ended?

Once the Promotion ends (3 months after opening a Jusan card), you want to actively use your card and make non-cash transactions. Following a month of making transactions, the Bank shall review your activity.

And then you shall be assigned a level:

Gold Level — making KZT 30K+ payments for goods/services, online purchases within a calendar month;

Premium Level — making KZT 70K+ payments for goods/services, online purchases within a calendar month.

In case if your non-cash transactions for the previous month made up less than KZT 30K, you shall be assigned a Silver Level.

Are there any Bonus accrual restrictions?

Regardless of the number of payment cards, the maximum Bonus amount per client shall not exceed 35,000 Bonuses a month.
The maximum Bonus amount per transaction shall not exceed 10,000 Bonuses.

As specified in appendix to the Loyalty Bonus Programme ( https://jusan.kz/articles/185 ), there shall be Bonus accrual restrictions as per business type of merchants.
