Referendum Information

• You can vote in the Republican Referendum on Amendments to the Constitution from 07:00 to 20:00.
• You must have your ID card at hand.

Who Can Vote in the Republican Referendum? 

• Citizens of Kazakhstan aged at least eighteen can vote in the Republican Referendum.
• Exceptions: people disqualified by a court or those deprived of liberty by a court sentence.

I Am Abroad. How Can I Vote in the Republican Referendum?

• • You want to go to a district election commission in the foreign country — you shall be added to the electoral register and you can vote. You can find the addresses on the RoK MFA website. You must have a valid passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan at hand.

Can I Vote at Another Voting Station? In Another Region? 

• Yes. You want to go to your voting station in advance and obtain an absentee voting certificate from May 20 to June 4, 2022. With this document, you can vote at any voting station in other settlement.
• You cannot change voting stations in the same settlement.
