Working hours on public holidays

On December 31, it is a full working day except for cash offices (open until 14:00), after which they will operate in consultation mode. BSCs are open until 18:00, and cash and settlement services will follow the schedule of shopping malls and car showrooms. January 1–3 are days off. On January 4, operations will follow the branch schedule. Work will resume as usual on January 5.
