Technical work on 14 March 2022: Restrictions on card products and the ATM network
Dear customers,
From 6 AM to 7:40 PM (Nur-Sultan time) on March 14, 2022, our specialists are planning to carry out technical work on the IT systems of the Bank.
For this reason, restrictions on payment card and terminal transactions are possible, including
- transactions at Jusan Bank POS/ATMs, Jusan Bank cards and cards of other banks;
- Jusan Bank card transactions at Jusan Bank POS terminals/ ATMs of other banks;
- Internet transactions on Jusan Bank cards and cards of other banks, in our terminal network;
- non-cash card transfers and payments, by Jusan Bank cards, in the mobile app.
We will make all necessary efforts to carry out the planned technical work as soon as possible, and once it is completed, all card transactions and terminal network functionality will be fully restored.
