Notification on unilateral refusal from execution of the Bank Service Contracts for the individuals as to servicing the savings accounts, on demand accounts

Dear individual clients!

Jusan Bank JSC hereby informs you that, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Clause 1, Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On payments and payment systems"), the Bank has the right to terminate a bank deposit agreement in cases of absence of money on the client's bank account for more than one year, as well as absence of money movement on the client's bank account for more than one year.
Taking the above into account, the Bank hereby notifies you of its unilateral termination of the Comprehensive Agreement on banking services for individuals (for accounts with Jusan Bank JSC) and the General terms and conditions for the provision of banking and other services to individuals by ATFBank JSC (for accounts with ATFBank JSC). The Bank will also close savings accounts and demand accounts that have had no funds and no transactions for more than one year, three (3) months after the publication of this notice.
