Jusan Bank JSC shall hereby inform you that in line with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Clause 1 of Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Payments and Payment Systems’), the Bank may abandon performance under a bank account agreement in cases if there are no funds and/or movement of funds on a bank account of a client for more than a year (save for accounts intended for allowances and/or social benefits paid from the public budget and/or State Social Insurance Fund).

In view of the above, the Bank shall hereby inform you that, starting from September 01, 2022 (during September 2022), the Comprehensive Individual Banking Service Agreement (as part of current accounts opened with Jusan Bank JSC starting from April 29, 2019), the Individual Bank Account Agreement and the Agreement for Opening Current Account and Issuing Payment Card with Individual (as part of current accounts opened with ATF Bank JSC starting from April 2014) shall be unilaterally terminated in terms of servicing the current accounts (including the current accounts using payment cards), as well as that the current accounts (including the current accounts using payment cards) with no funds or movement of funds for more than a year shall be closed.
