Notification of unilateral withdrawal from individuals' current account service agreements
Dear individual clients!
Jusan Bank JSC hereby informs you that, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Clause 1, Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On payments and payment systems"), the Bank has the right to terminate a bank deposit agreement in cases of absence of money on the client's bank account for more than one year, as well as absence of money movement on the client's bank account for more than one year.
Taking the above into account, the Bank hereby notifies you of its unilateral termination of the Comprehensive Agreement on banking services for individuals (for current accounts opened with Jusan Bank JSC since April 29, 2019), the Bank Account Agreement for individuals, and the Agreement on opening a current account and issuing a payment card for individuals (for current accounts opened with ATFBank JSC since April 2014) in terms of current account servicing (including current accounts with payment cards). The Bank will also close current accounts (including current accounts with payment cards) that have had no funds and no transactions for more than one year, three (3) months after the publication of this notice.
