Jusan Bank (hereinaafter – Bank) informs about the approval of the following:

1. Standard terms of provision of financing to legal entities and individuals conducting entrepreneurial activities without establishing a legal entity (hereinafter – Standard terms);
2. Model forms of Financing Agreements and General Credit Agreements with reference to the Standard Terms;
3. Fees and penalties applied when lending and issuing bank guarantees/counter-guarantees/letters of credit.

These documents shall enter into force from 11.05.2023.
