Colleagues, We Are Pleased to Announce the Opening of the New Zhetisu Branch

   As you know, three new oblasts were established by Presidential Decree in May of this year: 
   1. Abai with an administrative centre in Semei (separated from the East Kazakhstan Oblast)
   2. Ulytau with an administrative centre in Zhezkazgan (separated from the Karaganda Oblast).
   3. Zhetisu with an administrative centre in Taldykorgan (separated from the Almaty Oblast).

 After analysing the new regions, the Bank decided to establish a branch in the Zhetisu Oblast, as it has a huge economic and social potential.

 Particular attention in the oblast shall be paid to development of agricultural and processing, tourism, increase of affordable housing construction, road repair, gasification of settlements, industry, small and medium-sized businesses. 

 The oblast also has great transit opportunities. There is a special Khorgos-Eastern Gateway economic zone, which includes a dry port, logistics and industrial zones.

 Taken together, the implementation of all these projects shall enable rapid development of the region, and we see huge banking potential in the oblast.

 So far, the Bank has been represented in this area by the Almaty Oblast Branch outlets that were transformed into the Zhetisu Branch of Jusan Bank JSC.

 We wish our colleagues success in their work and participation in major projects! We are confident that the new branch shall contribute to the development of the region.
