The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market grants approval for V.Kim to acquire major shareholder status of Jusan Bank

Almaty, June 3, 2025 – The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has granted its approval for a businessman to acquire the status of a major shareholder of Joint Stock Company «First Heartland Jusan Bank» (Jusan Bank).

The corresponding resolution was adopted by the Agency.

Earlier, Jusan Bank announced its decision to change its name to JSC «Alatau City Bank». The bank’s legal name will change effective from the date of its state re-registration.
