Jusan Bank renames to Alatau City Bank

Almaty, May 28, 2025 - "First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (hereinafter – Jusan Bank or the Bank) is changing its name to Alatau City Bank JSC. The corresponding amendments to the Bank's Charter were approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 15 of this year.

The bank’s legal name will change effective from the date of its state re-registration.

“Renaming the Bank is more than just changing the signage. It reflects our strategy, ambitions, and vision for the future development of the financial institution. Alatau City Bank will be built on the solid foundation established by Jusan Bank, with a focus on stability, trust, and long-term partnership,” said Kuat Kozhahmetov, Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors.

The Bank remains a major universal financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients across all regions of Kazakhstan.

Alatau City Bank will continue to strengthen its presence in regional markets by modernizing its branch network, investing in new digital solutions, and delivering advanced customer service.

All of the Bank’s existing obligations to the government, clients, and partners remain unchanged. The rebranding does not affect the operation of the Bank’s services and products.

The process of updating the Bank’s visual identity, including branch and office signage, will be carried out gradually.

The Bank will keep its clients, partners, and all stakeholders informed in a timely manner about the next steps in the modernization of its strategy, priority business development areas, and updates to its product offerings.
