Since July 1, 2023 a new model form

Since July 1, 2023 a new model form of Bank Deposit Agreement of a Private Banking Client (hereinafter - BDA) is introduced, whose terms apply to all existing and new Clients, who joined the BDA by opening "Jusan Elite" and "Jusan Elite+" deposits.
Amendments and additions were made to the BDA model form in accordance with the letter of Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund JSC, received via FASIT channel, as follows
- the form of notice on the participation of the Bank in the system of compulsory deposit insurance and on the terms and procedure of payment of guarantee reimbursement was updated. The notification form was included as an annex to the Bank Deposit Agreement;
- the forms of Declaration of Accession to the Bank Deposit Agreement (Annexes 1 and 2) additionally include the information to be specified in accordance with the List of information to be included in the form of a statement or other document to be signed by the client when entering into a Bank Account Agreement and (or) Bank Deposit Agreement, including in electronic form: the name, type, deposit currency, the maximum (maximum permissible) guarantee amount corresponding to it and conditions of early withdrawal of the deposit).
