Approval of the amendments and additions to the standard form of the Bank Deposit Agreement of an individual, Private Banking client and to the Notification of a personal customer, who concluded a Bank account contract and (or) Bank deposit contract

Changes Dear Clients!

“Jusan Bank” JSC (the ‘Bank’) informs you about the approval of the amendments and additions to the standard form of the Bank Deposit Agreement of an individual, Private Banking client (the ‘Agreement’).
The Agreement shall come into force starting from October 29, 2024.

Changes to the Notification of a personal customer, who concluded a Bank account contract and (or) Bank deposit contract (hereinafter referred to as the Notification) (Annex 3 to the Agreement) apply to Agreements concluded from November 1, 2024. The Notification includes changes regarding the exclusion of information on the right to file an application for payment of guarantee compensation in electronic form, as well as updating the reference to legislation on social protection.
