However, opening a deposit in the name of your spouse requires your spouse's direct presence or a power of attorney in your name to open a deposit and to carry out deposit transactions.  A power of attorney for all deposit transactions must be notarised or certified by a notary public.

For foreign nationals:  
•  an identity document;
•  IIN containing document;
•  certificate from the place of registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the legal address and actual address;
•  availability of a migration card for citizens of countries outside the EAEU Customs Union;
•  a note on crossing the state border;
•  justification of the necessity to open an account with provision of supporting documents;
•  application form of an individual.

The certificate can be obtained via the Jusan mobile app or by contacting your manager at a bank branch, presenting a proof of identity. The certificate will be provided on the day of application. There is no charge for the certificate.

You can terminate the deposit prematurely, but if you terminate the Jusan Elite deposit:
less than 6 months - no interest is payable; 
over 6 months - interest is paid for the actual time of deposit, at the rate of bank deposit agreement.

If the end date of the deposit falls on a non-working day, the end date of the deposit will be postponed to the first working day following the weekend and public holidays.

The conditions of the deposit provide for automatic prolongation. The bank deposit agreement will be extended for the same term, with the interest rate applicable at the time of extension.

A deposit may be opened for a child from birth. The deposit may be opened by a parent or other legal representative of the child, or by a third party acting on the basis of a power of attorney from the child's parents or legal representatives.

This is the addition of accrued interest to the deposit amount. Interest is added to the deposit amount and interest is charged on the entire amount, including interest for the previous month.

The nominal rate is the rate at which the interest on the deposit is calculated. 
The effective rate is the rate that is informative, it is the maximum interest rate that the client earns for the entire deposit period, taking capitalisation into account.

Deposits are remunerated on the daily balance. Interest is calculated according to the formula: Interest= (amount on deposit*nominal rate%/360 days)*30 days in a month.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible at present.  The Bank's ATM only accept cash in local currency.
