• Enter to "My Bank" section and click on "Log in" button;

In order to log in to the personal account of the Jusan mobile application, in "My Bank" section, you need to click on the "Log in" button, enter your phone number and password to log in to the mobile application. If you have previously logged into the mobile application and installed a quick access code, Face ID or Touch ID, then to re-enter it will be enough to enter 4-digit code, attaching the finger or scanning your face.

When logging into the Jusan mobile application, the login and password must be specified for client authorization, and at the client's choice, you can also set "passcode" or Touch/Face ID (if your device supports these functions). All financial transactions in the mobile application with an amount of more than 5000 tenge are confirmed by the procedure of dynamic identification of the client, one-time code that comes by SMS message to the client's mobile phone number (also, for the convenience of using the mobile application, the automatic submission of a dynamic code works).

• For incoming and outgoing transactions on the card. 
• Errors when making transactions on the account: exceeding the limit, lack of funds on the balance, blocking the card, etc.
• Current news and promotions of the Bank.
• New receipts for frequent payments in the application.
• All events on the loan application and on the existing loan. 
• All events on the deposit, etc.

In order to enable / disable Push notifications in the Jusan mobile app, you need to:

• Log in to the mobile app;
• Enter the "Profile" section;
• Change the position of the switch in the Notification bar.

If you do not receive Push notifications in the Jusan mobile app, please check:

• Is your device connected to the Internet, because without the Internet connection, notifications are not received;
• Whether the Push notification function is enabled in the mobile app. You can check it in the mobile app settings;
• Are you allowed to receive Push notifications from the Jusan mobile app in your device settings;
• If all the parameters are specified correctly, we ask you to contact the Call-center of Jusan Bank by calling 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or by e-mail info@Jusan.kz with the request to the Bank's technical support.

* SMS codes for registration, payment confirmation or transfer, 20-digit account number and the last 4 digits of the card will come in the form of the standard SMS.

1. When transferring from your card to your card/deposit/account, as well as from a deposit to your deposit/account – identification is not required.

2. Identification when transferring from your card to another card/by phone number/to another account/ITS/payments: 
• from 0 to 5,000 tenge – without identification;
• from 5,001 to 100,000 – by Face/Touch ID*;
• from 100 001 and more – by entering the OTP password.

3. Identification when transferring from a deposit/account to your card:
• from 0 to 20,000 tenge – without identification;
• from 20,001 to 200,000 – by Face/Touch ID*;
• from 200 001 and more – by entering the OTP password.

4. Identification when transferring from a deposit/account to another account:
• from 0 to 20,000 tenge – without identification;
• from 20,001 to 150,000 – by Face/Touch ID*;
• from 150 001 and more – by entering the OTP password.

* If the device does not have the Face/Touch ID function installed, identification is carried out by entering the OTP code (SMS code for identification).

In order to recover the password to log in to the Jusan mobile application, you need to:

• Enter to "My Bank" section and click on the "Log in" button;
• Enter the current registered cell phone number in the window that appears;
• Click on "Restore password" and enter your IIN;
• pass the biometric identification in "Identity Confirmation" window that appears. To do this, you need to click on "Start identification/pass verification" button;
• Take a video selfie to confirm your identity;
• Confirm the login with SMS code that will be sent to the specified mobile phone number;
• Come up a new password to log in to the mobile application.

If you have forgotten the quick access code to the Jusan mobile application, you can close the code entry window by clicking on "Back" button in the upper-left corner and log in to the mobile application using your phone number and password. After logging in to the mobile app, you can change the quick access code in the settings.

Yes, if the card is blocked or the card has expired, it is possible to register in the Jusan mobile application, but only the information part of the Jusan mobile application will be available to you. In order to use the Bank's services in the Jusan mobile application, you will need to reissue the payment card at the Bank's branch.

If you can't log in to the Jusan mobile app:

• Check the correctness of the data entry: cell phone number, password.
• If you have forgotten your password, click on "Restore password" button after entering the cell phone number and follow the next steps.
• If the mobile application does not allow you to go to the next step when restoring your password, try entering them again, checking the correctness of the input.
• If the problem is different or attempts to incorrectly enter the card number, authorization code or PIN code are exceeded, we ask you to contact the Jusan Bank Call Center at 7711 (free call from mobile phones).
