To connect to the Jusan Mobile, a digital mobile operator, you need a Jusan mobile SIM card. Next, you need to download the Jusan Bank mobile application and go to the “Jusan mobile” section on the Home Page. At this time, connection to the Jusan Mobile service is temporarily unavailable for new users in the mobile application.

During the registration process, the chat bot will ask you to scan the SIM card barcode on the back in the lower left corner. There are two ways to connect to Jusan mobile:

Yes, to go with your number, you need to go to the “Jusan Mobile” section on the Home Page in the Jusan Mobile application. In the chat bot, you will need to scan the barcode located on the back of the SIM card. Further, indicate your valid phone number (the number must be registered to you). Further, you need to enter an SMS code that will be sent to the specified phone number.

If you do not have a Jusan Bank debit card at the time of registration, you will be offered to open a virtual bank card, which will accrue 15% bonuses for payments in Jusan Mobile.

After registration and number activation in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Communications", all cellular subscriber devices must be registered. 
To register a device, you must select one of the following options: 

  • Send SMS with your IIN to 6914 short number from Jusan Mobile; 
  • Dial the USSD command *6914*1# and enter the IIN in the menu that appears; 

You can check the correctness of subscriber number registration by dialing the USSD command *6914*1*2#.

Jusan Mobile has one tariff plan that costs 3,300 tenge including VAT and is available in 3 variations:

  • Standard: 120 minutes for calls to other networks, 12 GB Internet, 50 SMS; 
  • For Internet: 80 minutes for calls to other networks, 16 GB of Internet, 50 SMS; 
  • For calls: 160 min for calls to other networks, 8 GB Internet, 50 SMS. 
    Internet is not consumed when you use it with a paid plan:

    Validity period of the tariff plan is 30 days.

Value-added services allow subscribers to get a package of minutes for calls or megabytes to access the Internet. The following additional services are available:

  • One-time Internet package 2 GB (2048 MB) - in case the subscriber needs to go online and the tariff plan ran out of megabytes. The cost is 590 tenge inclusive of VAT. 
  • A one-time voice package of 30 MIN, if you need to make a call and if your tariff plan ran out of minutes. The minutes are given for calls to other networks. The cost is 300 tenge including VAT. Calls within Jusan Mobile network are free of charge if the subscription fee for the tariff plan is paid.

If you make non-cash transactions from 50 000 tenge/month, the tariff plan for the next month is free of charge. To activate Freemium bonus , you need: 
• Make non-cash transactions from 50,000 tenge/month * 
• Reconnect your plan in the Jusan mobile app using the Freemium bonus.

To account for non-cash transactions does not include the following operations:

• payment for telecommunications services (mobile communications, Internet, television, etc.); 
• utility bills; 
• bail payments, bonds; 
• tax payments, payments to the budget, fines; 
• cash withdrawal; 
• money transfers and money crediting; 
• funding of electronic wallets; 
• transactions for which goods/services were returned; 
• payment for services through ATMs.

Accounting of non-cash transactions takes place on the 1st day of each month according to the financial documents* received by the Bank at the moment of accrual of Freemium bonus.

*Financial document is a confirming electronic document generated automatically by the acquirer bank after the payment is completed.

The accounting of non-cash transactions takes place only on non-cash payments made in the trade and service enterprises registered on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as on Internet transactions outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. A trade and service enterprise is an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity that accepts payment cards for non-cash payments for the goods and/or services provided by it.

The list of Merchant Category Code categories may be unilaterally supplemented by the Bank.

To use roaming service more comfortably and efficiently, take into account the following recommendations: 

  • when you arrive in another country, turn on the phone. 
  • the network search performed after turning on the phone is done in two different ways: the phone can select a cellular network, both in manual and automatic mode. 
    You can make and receive calls if your mobile phone is automatically registered in the network (either the name of the local operator or its network code appears on the display of the device). 
    To manually search for networks, do the following: 
  • find and select the "Network" or "Cellular Network Selection" option, search for new network(s). 
  • the device will display either the name of the local provider or its network code, or both. 
  • select from the list the provider you have a roaming agreement with.

The following services are available for roaming:

1. Unlimited Internet abroad - when you access the Internet while traveling abroad, the "Unlimited Internet Abroad" service is activated automatically.
The cost is 990 tenge/day when accessing the Internet. (from 18.07.2022)
Traffic volume - 300 MB per day (from 07/18/2022)
*300MB/day are provided at maximum speed, then the speed is reduced to 128 Kb/sec until the end of the day.  This speed is enough to comfortably use messaging apps like WhatsApp and others.  If necessary, the speed can be restored by purchasing an additional package.
You can disable the service by dialing *341*4*0#

2. "ProCountry" service from 07/18/2022
The ProCountry service is advantageous roaming packages that include calls and Internet in roaming, which allows you to stay in touch with family and friends, wherever you are.
Connection in a mobile application or by USSD command *341#, you can activate the service both in Kazakhstan and in roaming.

3. Service "Arabic fairy tale" from 22.07.2022
The service is available only in roaming in the UAE (United Arab Emirates)

• Filling 2 GB of Internet traffic;  30 minutes of calls;  100 SMS
• Subscription fee 3890 tenge
