• Document confirming identity;
• Information on tax residency;
• Contact details;
• Registration and current residence address;
• Information on connections with public officials;
• Information on tax residency under FATCA (completed W-9 form if you are a tax resident of the USA).
Additionally, documents confirming sources of income must be provided (supporting documents, savings, purchase or transfer agreements for stocks, trust funds, mutual funds, real estate and movable property purchase agreements, company purchase agreements or company shares, inheritance, gift, lottery/betting/casino/winnings, company income/dividends, compensation).
