You can become a VIP client of the bank on the following:
•  On chargeable basis, subject to payment of a personal service fee (according to the Bank's tariffs);
•  If there is a deposit with the Bank.

•  On client's request;
•  Because the client does not meet the criteria for VIP status;
•  If the Bank becomes aware of negative information about a client that poses reputational or other risks to the Bank.

Your Personal manager will notify you about non-compliance with the "VIP" status.
In the future, you can be serviced in Private Banking on a paid basis, if you pay a commission for personal service (according to the Bank's tariffs) or you can switch to service in the retail department of the Bank.

• Contact the Bank's Call-center by phone 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (if you are outside the Republic of Kazakhstan);
• Contact the Bank's VIP Centre/Premium Office.
