From July 1, 2023, the conditions for accrual of bonuses on Jusan cards will change: 
• The list of categories with an increased bonuses was expanded:
The "Education" category with an increased up to 5% bonuses added: (MCC 8211, 8220, 8241, 8244, 8249, 8299);

• In order to receive increased bonuses up to 3% in the "Supermarkets" category, the Jusan salary card holders need to select this category in the “Bonuses” section. Previously, the category was available by default.

• The monthly limits of accrued bonuses were increased up to 40 000 Bonuses (previously, 35 000 bonuses)
New monthly bonus limits will depend on the client's level in the Bonus Program in the current month:
• no more 15 000 (fifteen thousand) Bonuses per month –  for «Silver» level Clients;
• no more 25 000 (twenty five thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Gold» and «Family» level Clients;
• no more 40 000 (forty thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Premium» level Clients.

Bonus is a standard unit, submitted to the Client owing to the Bank’s funds when payment for the goods and services using the Jusan Bank’s payment cards according to the Bonus terms.

In accordance with the new changes from 09.10.2023 bonuses can be canceled in the following cases: 
• when closing the card and card account (in the absence of other cards and card account) at the initiative of the Client;
• when closing an additional card on the "Family Card" product at the initiative of the Client;
• in the absence of a transaction on the card account within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the last transaction; 
• in the absence of a a transaction (accrual, spending, restoration and etc.) within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the last transaction.

Jusan Bank payment card holders have 4 bonus levels available: 
• Family
• Silver
• Gold
• Premium 
Payment card holders, who joined the bonus program, are assigned with Silver level.
The Bonus level is assigned automatically on the 1st day of each month based on the results of the previous month .

4 Bonus levels are available for Jusan Bank cardholders:
• Silver level is available for all new and current participants of the bonuses. 
It is possible to join free of charge and get information about current bonus level in “My Bank” section of the Jusan mobile application. 
• Family is available only to users of the Jusan Family product.
There are no requirements for payment for goods and services, online purchases with Jusan Bank cards within one calendar month.

Gold – payment for the goods and services, Internet purchases using the Jusan Bank cards during one calendar month from 70,000 tenge.

• For Premium Level, it is necessary to meet the following conditions every month:
1. the amount of payments made for goods and services, online purchases with Jusan Bank cards within every calendar month from 120,000 tenge, 
2.  every calendar month availability of a deposit (or several deposits) for a total amount of at least 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge or equivalent in foreign currency (the Bank's exchange rate is taken when calculating)*
* having a daily balance(s) at the end of the Bank's business day in bank deposit(s) (term and savings only) opened with the Bank.
Important: 
In case of non-fulfillment of the above conditions of the Bonus Level for the previous month, the Level will be reduced in the current month.  
The Bonus level is assigned automatically on the 1st day of each month based on the results of the previous month.
You can find out your level in the Jusan mobile application in the "My Bank" section.

The Family level is available only to users of the Jusan Family product. This level provides for receiving bonuses in the amount of 1% when paying for goods and services with a Jusan Family payment card, with the exception of certain categories of outlets for which, according to the Bank's Tariffs, 0.5% bonuses are provided. 
The Family level allows you to choose 2 categories of purchases with increased bonuses once a month. The choice of favorite categories is carried out in the Jusan mobile application.  
In order to receive and maintain the Family Level, it is not required to comply with the condition for the amount of payments made by the Jusan Bank payment card for goods and services.

Silver is minimum Level of the bonus program that allows to obtain bonuses on the amount of 0.5% when paying for the goods and services using Jusan Bank’s payment card. 

For this it is enough to join to the bonuses in “My Bank” section‎ of the Jusan mobile application. 

At Silver level a selection of one any Category of the purchases with increased bonuses once a month, a selection of any category is made in Jusan mobile application*.

Gold is the level of the bonus program that allows to obtain bonuses on the amount of 1% when paying for the goods and services using Jusan Bank’s payment card, except for some categories of the trade points wherein as per the Bank’s Tariffs 0.5% of the bonuses are provided – for more details please see here ( Rules of the bonus program ).

At Gold level a selection of any two Categories of purchases with increased bonuses are available once a month, selection of any categories is made in the Jusan mobile application. 

In order to achieve and save Gold Level it is necessary to make payments for the goods and services  with Jusan Bank's payment card for more than 70,000 tenge during every calendar month*.

Premium is a maximum level of the bonus program that allows to obtain bonuses on the amount of  2%  when paying for the goods and services using Jusan Bank's payment card, except for some categories of the trade points wherein as per the Bank’s Tariffs 0.5-1% of the bonuses are provided – for more details please see here ( Rules of the bonus program).

For achieving and maintaining a Premium level, you need:

•        utility payments;

•        payment on pledge, bonds;

•        tax payments, payments to the budget, penalties;

Except standard bonuses up to 2% holders of Jusan Bank payment card provided with increased bonuses when choosing “Purchase Categories” in the Jusan mobile application.
Purchase categories is the categories, classified in terms of the activity type of the merchants.
At every Levels a different quantity of “Purchase Categories” are available with increased bonuses up to 15%:
• Silver level – 1 category;
• Gold level – 2 categories;
• Family level – 2 categories;
• Premium level – 4 categories.

Categories for selection:
• Supermarket – 3% bonuses for holders of the salary card. 5% increased bonuses - for holders of premium cards under the "Elite" product and holders of the Jusan pay premium salary debit card. In all Supermarkets of Kazakhstan.
• Clothes – 3% of bonuses. 5% increased bonuses - for holders of premium cards under the "Elite" product and holders of the Jusan pay premium salary debit card. In all men's, women's and children's clothing stores.
• Cafes and restaurants – 3% of bonuses. 5% increased bonuses - for holders of premium cards under the "Elite" product and holders of the Jusan pay premium salary debit card.  In all cafes, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, fast food restaurants, pastry shops, bread and flour products, baked goods.
• Food delivery – 5% of bonuses. Courier delivery of ready-made meals from restaurants and cafés with online payment (e-com purchase).
• Education – 5% bonuses. In all preschools, schools, colleges, universities and educational institutions.
•  Beauty salons and cosmetics – 5% of bonuses. Perfumes stores, beauty salons and hair salons.
• Online movies and music – 15% of bonuses. Streaming and music services: Megogo, Netflix, Amedia, Amediateka, Ivi, Yandex plus, Spotify, Apple music and other.
• Fitness and SPA – 5% of bonuses. Fitness, dance, swimming, tennis, shooting, massage, cosmetic centers and SPA.
• Furniture – 5% of bonuses. Furniture and home appliances, except for electrical equipment. 
• Game services – 10% of bonuses. Purchases in the applications, games, Steam and other game stores.
• Medical services – 5% ofbonuses. Medical centers, hospitals, dentistry and laboratories.
•Travel – 5% of bonuses. Tickets for all airlines, touristic agencies and organizers of the trips.
• Taxi - 7% bonuses. Passenger transportation services in cars and taxi services.
• Products for kids – 5% of bonuses. Children’s and infants’ wear stores. Game, toy, and hobby shops.
• Pets – 5% of bonuses. Veterinary services, pet shops.
• Delivery to Yandex Go – 10% bonuses. For all orders in the "Food" section in Yandex Go when paying with a Bank card.

The opportunity to select categories is available once a month and after selection is valid until the end of the current month. Next month, depending on the assigned Level, it is possible to keep the previously selected categories or choose new ones. At the same time, it is important to remember that the choice of the desired categories will become available only after the completion of the calculations, according to which changes will be made to the level of the Bonus Program.

MCC code is four-digit code that defines activity type of the trade –service point in the international payment system, assigned by the bank-acquirer depending on sold goods and services.

For the most payments, the standard bonus is accrued as per the Level:

• Premium 2%
• Gold 1%
• Family 1%
• Silver 0,5%.

Accrual of Bonuses when paying for goods and services with a Jusan Bank payment card is provided for Silver, Gold, Family, Premium Levels.

The maximum amount of Bonuses within one client, regardless of the number of payment cards, including other card products:
• no more 15 000 (fifteen thousand) Bonuses per month –  for «Silver» level Clients;
• no more 25 000 (twenty five thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Gold» and «Family» level Clients;
• no more 40 000 (fourty thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Premium» level Clients.

• opened a deposit for 500,000 tenge on December 30, 2022

In February the client will be assigned "Premium" level

Client No. 2

• has an open deposit for 750,000 tenge
• withdrew 200,000 tenge on 15 January and reduced the balance to 550,000 tenge
• made purchases at the card for the amount exceeding 120,000 tenge

In February the client will be assigned "Premium" level.

Client No. 3

• has an open deposit for 750,000 tenge
• withdraws 300,000 tenge on 20 January and replenishes the deposit for 500,000 tenge on 25 January

The client will be assigned "Gold" level in February as he has not complied with the requirement to keep the balance of the deposit (from January 20 to 25 the balance was less than 500 000 tenge).
