Visa Signature premium payment card can be opened by individuals - residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aged 14 years* and older.

*From the age of 14 to 18 on the date of conclusion of the contract (for minors-with the consent of one of the parents or guardian) when contacting branch convenient for You with the original identity document. Visa Signature payment cardholders are presented with 3 levels of bonuses: 

First level Silver up to 0.5% bonuses, second level Gold up to 1% bonuses and third maximum level Premium up to 2% bonuses. Level Bonuses are assigned automatically according to the results of cashless transactions of the previous month on the 1st day of each month.

Besides standard bonuses of up to 2%, increased bonuses of up to 15% are given for selecting "Shopping Categories" in Jusan mobile app.

You can join for free and check your current bonus level in Jusan app under "My Bank". 
The list of transactions for which no bonuses are granted can be found in "Appendix to the Bonus Programme Rules" at: link.

You can use the bonuses in JMart and when making payments in Jusan mobile app. You can view the accrued bonuses in My Bank section of Jusan mobile app in your Single Bonus Account. Maximum Bonus amount per one payment cardholder (irrespective of the number of payment cards the customer has) - 50 000 tenge per month. Maximum amount of Bonuses credited per 1 transaction - no more than 10 000 Bonuses.

Visa Signature cardholder can send a request via Concierge chat-bot in the chosen messenger: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, or by e-mail: visa@concierge.link.

To connect to the Concierge Service you must:
• Go to the website: https://concierge__service.mssg.me/, 
• Choose a convenient messenger and click on the icon,
• Follow link provided for registration,
• After authorization you can go back to messenger and start using Concierge chatbot.

The concierge service is free of charge, Visa Signature card holders only pay for goods and services ordered through the service (e.g. ticket purchase, flower delivery, spa services, etc.).

The Visa Signature payment card can be blocked permanently (lost, stolen) or temporarily at any time:
• In Jusan mobile app,
• When contacting the Bank's Call Centre by tel. 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (if outside Kazakhstan).
A permanently blocked card (lost, stolen) cannot be unblocked; the card must be reissued at Jusan Bank's Premium Office/VIP Centre.
Temporarily blocked card can be unblocked on your own in Jusan mobile application or through your personal manager at Jusan Bank's Premium Office/VIP Centre.

If you have lost your Visa Signature card, you need to block the card:
• In Jusan mobile app,
• When contacting the Bank's Call Centre by tel. 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (if outside Kazakhstan).

Then contact your personal manager at Jusan Bank's Premium Office/VIP Private Banking Centre to collect the money and have the card reissued.

In case of disputable situation with the use of the card at the ATM, you need to apply to the personal manager of the Premium Office/VIP Centre of Private Banking Jusan Bank with an application, where you need to specify the address and the name of the Bank which owns the ATM. 
Your application will be considered within not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days after you apply to the Bank, and not more than 45 (forty-five) calendar days after receipt of such application in case of use of the payment card outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Term of consideration and preparation of response to the Client's appeal shall be made within the terms established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and rules of payment systems (Visa/MasterCard).

If an ATM fails to issue a card, the card must first be blocked in the Jusan Mobile App or by calling the Jusan Bank Call Centre on 7711 (free call from mobile phones). Then you have to contact your personal manager at the Jusan Bank Premium Office/VIP Centre to apply for the withdrawal of the card or for the re-issuance of a new card.

Visa Signature payment card can be closed by a personal manager at Jusan Bank's Premium Office/VIP Centre. You must have your original identity document with you. 
Also you can close the payment card in the Jusan mobile application (section «Bank» -> «Payment cards» -> «Close the card»).
Before closing the card in the Jusan mobile application, please make sure to comply with the following conditions:
• no blocked amount on the card;
• no unpaid debt on the card;
• no arrest on the account;
• the card account is not linked to the valid deposit agreement;
• the card account is not linked to the valid loan agreement (the repayment of the monthly loan payment for the debt can not be carried out through closed payment card).
• no additional open card.

The card can not be closed in the following cases:
• if the account is arrested or other restrictions are imposed, the closure of the card will become available only after the removal of encumbrances from the account;
• if there is an unpaid debt on the card (overdue/receivable, including accrued commissions and/or other debts), the closure of the card will become available only after repayment of the debt;
• if the card account is linked to the valid deposit agreement, the card closure will become available after the expiration of the agreement;
• if the card account is linked to the valid loan agreement (the repayment of the monthly loan payment is carried out through a payment card), the card closure will become available after the complete fulfillment of obligations under the loan agreement;
• if an additional card opened for the card account, closing will be available after you close the additional card.
• if you have a card with credit limit which was issued by ATFBank;
• if there are blocked* amounts on the account, card closure will become available only when there are no blocked amounts. 
*When conducting debit transactions (payment for goods and services, receiving cash and etc.), the Bank "blocks" the transaction amount, that means, the Bank excludes it from the amount of available funds until it receives confirmation of the transaction. The term of blocking the amount is no more than 30 calendar days from the date of blocking.
