To return air tickets:
• Go to the "Travel" section in the Jusan application;
• Open the detailed information of the ticket you want to return on the additional page "My tickets";
• Click the button "Proceed return" in the lower right corner and indicate the reason for return;
• Your application is being processed. You will receive a message with return terms within 3 hours*
• After receiving the message, select the appropriate ticket from the additional page "My tickets";
• Review the information about the amount to be refunded, confirm the refund within one hour of receiving the message and wait for the funds to be returned to your account.
*Applications sent before 21:00 will be processed within 3 hours. If the application is sent after 21:00, it will be processed the next day.
Attention: Ticket refunds are based on the airline's tariff rules.
