Advantages of a social card:
• The card issue and the first year of service are free of charge,
• Withdrawal of money in ATMs of Jusan Bank up to 300,000 tenge per month without commission, in other ATMs of the country up to 200,000 tenge per month without commission,
• Up to 15% bonuses based on your interests, which you can use on JMart and when making payments in the Jusan mobile app,
• Up to 25% Bonuses for purchasing an insurance product from Jusan Garant in the Jusan mobile app.

Holders of social payment cards are presented with 3 levels of bonuses:
The first level is Silver with up to 0.5% of bonuses, the second level is Gold with up to 1% of bonuses and the third is the maximum Premium level with up to 2% of bonuses. The bonus level is assigned on the 1st of each month automatically based on the results of non-cash transactions carried out in the previous month.
In addition to the standard bonuses, up to 2% increased bonuses are provided when choosing "Purchase Categories" in the Jusan mobile application, up to 25% bonuses for purchasing an insurance product from Jusan Garant in the Jusan mobile application.
You can join for free and find out the current bonus level in the "My Bank" section of the Jusan application.

You can use the bonuses on JMart and when making payments in the Jusan mobile app. You can view the accrued bonuses in the Jusan mobile application in the My Bank section on a Single Bonus Account. 

The maximum amount of Bonuses within 1 (one) client, regardless of the number of payment cards, including other card products:
• no more 15 000 (fifteen thousand) Bonuses per month –  for «Silver» level Clients in the Bonus Program;
• no more 25 000 (twenty five thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Gold» and «Family» level Clients in the Bonus Program;
• no more 40 000 (fourty thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Premium» level Clients in the Bonus Program;

The maximum amount of Bonuses accrued per 1 (one) transaction is no more than 10,000 Bonuses.
Bonus Price: 1 (one) Bonus is equal to 1 (one) tenge.

• There are no other replenishments are provided to the social benefits card except for social payments and benefits.

• There are no other replenishments  are provided to the social card for crediting alimony, except for alimony.

• Any types of replenishments are provided to the social card for crediting pensions.

CVV/CVC is three-digit code for confirming the authenticity of the payment card, which is located on the back of the card next to the signature field. CVV/CVC is used when making purchases on the Internet and is confidential information, so the Bank strongly recommends not to disclose CVV/CVC data to third parties, even if they are presented as Bank employees.

Receiving cash from a social card:

• At ATMs of Jusan Bank up to 300,000 tenge per month without commission, over - 1% of the amount (equivalent in another currency).
• At ATMs of other banks in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, up to 200,000 tenge per month (inclusive) - without commission, over 200,000 tenge - 1% of the amount.
• At ATMs of banks outside the Republic of Kazakhstan - 1% + 1000 tenge.

Commissions for transfer operations from a social card:

• to another payment card / account opened in the Bank - without commission,

• from a standard card to a payment card of another bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 0.5%, at least 250 tenge (the limit for 1 operation is 1,000,000 tenge)

•  from the salary  card to a payment card of another bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 0.2%, at least 200 tenge (the limit for 1 operation is 1,000,000 tenge)

Commissions for transfer operations from a social card outside the Bank's network:

• to the payment card of another Bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 1%. at least 1000 tenge (the limit for 1 operation is 1,000,000 tenge).

If you have lost your social card, you need to block the card:

• Via the Jusan mobile app
• Via contacting the Bank's Call-center by phone 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (when located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan)

Then contact the nearest Bank branch to receive money and reissue the card.

If ATM did not issue the card, then first of all it must be blocked in the mobile application or by calling the Call-center of the Jusan Bank at 7711 (free call from mobile phones). Next, you need to contact the nearest branch of Jusan Bank to write an application for withdrawal of the card or for reissuing a new card.

In case of a disputable (disputable) situation with the use of a card at ATM, you need to contact the branch of Jusan Bank, with an application, where you need to specify the address and name of the Bank that owns ATM. Your application will be considered within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of applying to the Bank, as well as no more than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of such an application in case of using a payment card outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. The term of consideration and preparation of a response to the Client's request is made within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the rules of payment systems (Visa/Mastercard).

It is possible to block the social card on the permanent basis (in case of loss, theft) and temporarily at any time:

• In the Jusan mobile application
• By contacting the Bank's Call Center by phone 7711 (free call from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (when located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan)

You can unlock the temporarily blocked card yourself in the Jusan mobile app or at the Bank branch. A card that is permanently blocked (due to loss, theft or fraud) cannot be unblocked, the card must be reissued at the Bank branch.

• There is no provision for the imposition of arrests on the social card for crediting benefits.
• It is possible to impose arrests on the social card for crediting alimony, except for payment requirements from second-tier banks.
• It is possible to impose any types of arrests on the social card for crediting the pension.

It is possible to close the social card in the Jusan mobile application (section «Bank» -> «Payment cards» -> «Close the card»)
Before closing the card in the Jusan mobile application, please make sure to comply with the following conditions:
• no blocked amount on the card;
• no unpaid debt on the card;
• no arrest on the account;
• the card account is not linked to the valid deposit agreement;
• the card account is not linked to the valid loan agreement (the repayment of the monthly loan payment for the debt can not be carried out through closed payment card).

The card can not be closed in the following cases:
• if the account is arrested or other restrictions are imposed, the closure of the card will become available only after the removal of encumbrances from the account;
• if there is an unpaid debt on the card (overdue/receivable, including accrued commissions and/or other debts), the closure of the card will become available only after repayment of the debt;
• if the card account is linked to the valid deposit agreement, the card closure will become available after the expiration of the agreement;
• if the card account is linked to the valid loan agreement (the repayment of the monthly loan payment is carried out through a payment card), the card closure will become available after the complete fulfillment of obligations under the loan agreement;
• if you have a card with credit limit which was issued by ATFBank;
• if there are blocked* amounts on the account, card closure will become available only when there are no blocked amounts. 
*When conducting debit transactions (payment for goods and services, receiving cash and etc.), the Bank "blocks" the transaction amount, that means, the Bank excludes it from the amount of available funds until it receives confirmation of the transaction. The term of blocking the amount is no more than 30 calendar days from the date of blocking.
